Why Don't They Like Me? / ¿Por Que No Me Quieren?

Why Don't They Like Me? is a beautifully illustrated, bilingual Spanish/English children's book that uses Gunter Pauli's ZERI* Education model to teach children science. In this story, a bamboo is sad that the local people no longer want bamboo houses until another native plant explains that by using bamboo and concrete together, they can make stronger houses with all the environmental benefit of traditional construction. The book includes a teachers and parents guide and hands on activities that help children apply what they have learned.
